控释肥料流化床包膜工艺研究

摘    要:[目的]解决化肥利用率低、肥效期短的问题。[方法]以树脂A和B配置液为包膜壁材,尿素为包膜芯材,利用自行研制的流化床包膜机进行试验。[结果]调温器电压值对热风温度影响明显,电压值控制在100~125 V,热风温度达到要求。包膜工艺参数最佳组合为热风温度50~60℃,尿素装入量200 g/次,喷头压力0.4~0.5 MPa,包膜溶液进样量1.0~1.5 ml/次,包膜时间30 min。[结论]通过试验得出的工艺参数可为包膜肥料的研制和生产提供一定的理论基础。
