摘    要:在自然干旱条件下采用便携式光合分析仪研究不同春小麦品种(系)的光合生理指标变化。结果表明,各次测定中类型内Pn、Tr无一致性表现,类型间差异不明显,各类型品种灌浆中期的Cd明显大于前期。测定时间内水、旱地品种间Pn均值无显著差异(98SN146除外),水地品种间Cd均值差异不显著、Tr均值差异不显著(98SN146例外)。具有高光合效率的旱地品种(系)产量相对高于水地品种。产量与孕穗期、抽穗期测定的Pn正相关极显著(0.611*、0.661**),而与灌浆中期的Pn相关不显著。

Abstract:Under the dry condition of nature, using convinientable photosynthetic analyzer to study changes of photphysiological characters of different spring wheats. The results indicated there was no united exhibition of Pn, Tr inside of types, thus there was no significance between types.The Cd of filling stage was apparent bigger than that of early stage. There was no significance of Pn means between water and drought types during measuring time (excepting 98SN146), and no significance of Cd means d and Tr means among water varieties. Drought varieties with higher photosynthetic-rate had higher yield than water varieties. There was positive significant or most significant correlation between yield and Pn at gestation and heading stage, the efficiencies were 0.611 and 0.661, while there was no significance between yield and Pn at filling stage.
