猪圆环病毒2型感染血清学调查

为掌握云南省猪圆环病毒2型的感染状况,2006—2010年间从云南省部分规模化猪场采集未经PCV2疫苗免疫猪的血样共2974份,采用ELISA 方法进行抗体阳性率检测。结果表明,检测的5年间PCV2抗体总阳性率为42.04%,且基本上呈逐年上升趋势。与商品猪相比,种猪的PCV2抗体阳性率相对最高,证实在云南规模化猪群中存在较为严重的PCV2感染和流行。

The Serological Research of the Infection of Porcine Circovirus Type 2

To explore the infection of PCV2 in Yunnan province,2974 blood samples were collected from pig which had not been inoculated with PCV2 vaccine in parts of Yunnan province from 2006 to 2010, then serology detection was performed though indirect ELISA. PCV2 total serpositive rate in 5 years which we were detected was 42.04%, and basically, increasing year by year. Compared with the commercial pigs, breeding pigs in the PCV2 positive rate was relatively high. The results showed that infection of PCV2 was severely in pig farms of Yunnan province.
