| 摘 要： | 以S-缬氨酸和对-二甲苯为原料,经卤代、Friedel-Crafts酰基化和非对映选择还原,制备了新的手性配体(1R,2S)-3-甲基-1-(2,5-二甲基)苯基-2-氨基-1-丁醇,总收率为43.7%。

| Abstract: | A new chiral ligand (1R,2S) 3 methyl 1 (2,5 dimethyl) phenyl 2 Amino 1 butanol was synthesized from S Valine and p Xylene based on halogenation,Friedel Crafts reactions and diastereoselective reduction.The total yield was 43.7%. |
