| 摘 要： | 以假昙花茎尖、茎段为外植体进行培养试验.结果表明:适宜的原球茎诱导的培养基为Kc+5 mg/L BA+0.5～1.0 mg/L NAA;增殖培养基:KC+5 mg/L BA+0.5～1.0 mg/LNAA+0.2%蛋白胨;分化及育苗培养基:KC+0.1 mg/L NAA+0.1%活性炭.
