摘    要:本文报道参与全球分子育种计划的部分工作,用华南广东双季稻生态区的重要核心种质丰矮占1号、粤香占构建华南急需的优质抗病近等基因系的相关研究。华南地区尤其广东由于经济比较发达,人们很早就注重优质水稻品种的培育,但华南区高温高湿的生态条件,病害发生比较严重,因此,利用世界各地的广泛资源为供体,以当地重要的核心材料为受体,构建优质抗性的近等基因导入系,对水稻育种和相关应用基础研究十分必要。

Abstract:This paper deals with part of work undertaken by us for a projet of Global Molecular Breeding of Rice. Two important core breeding germplasms for the double-cropping area of rice in South China, Feng-Ai-Zhan 1 and Yue-Xiang-Zhan, were adopted as recurrent parents to construct high grain-quality, dis-ease-resistant near iso-genic introgression lines. Grain-quality has been a priority object of rice breeding for a long time in South China, particularly in the economically developed province of Guangdong. Due to high tem-perature and humidity in the growing season, the rice disease is very serious in South China. Various germplasms of rice originated from different parts of the world were utilized as the donor varieties to cross with local core va-rieties of Feng-Ai-zhan 1 and Yue-Xiang-Zhan (recipient varieties). More than 4 000 near iso-genic introgression lines have been constructed, and their performance and application prospects were evaluated preliminarily.
