| 摘 要： | 分析了建国以来我国油茶产业的发展进程和成就，面对目前油茶产业出现的前所未有机遇和强大的发展势头，提出了要做大做强油茶产业化，必须要有新理念和积极的政策机制作保障，要有先进技术作支撑和示范工程作先导，在资金投入和效益分配上要合理有效。文中特别强调社会、经济及技术等各要素间要优化互动。

| Abstract: | The development course and achievements of oiltea camellia industry in China since 1949 were summarized. Facing the new opportunities and promising prospects of the industry, advanced technology must be used as priorities, while a new recognition of the industry as a strategic oil source and effective policy mechanism should be enacted. The investment and benefits allocation should be fair and reasonable, and the optimization of all the interactive limiting factors should be realized. |
