| 摘 要： | 把平均体重为１．７ｇ的双齿围沙蚕经淘洗、除杂、装箱、低温运输５小时，成活率达１００％。采取升温促熟，分别投喂单胞藻、配饵等，经６０天左右的培养，投喂单胞藻组成活率达９９％，有２５０条沙蚕成熟变态成异沙蚕相，产卵 １００ × １０４粒。

| Abstract: | Survival 100% was obtained for clam worms (Perinereis aibuhiefensis ) that had an average weight of 1.7g and had been previously washed, boxed, transported after 5h at a low temperature. These clam worms,grown up by gradually promoting temperature, had a viability of 99% by feeding unicellar alga compared with other diets,such as feeding formula feeds ca. 60d culture, and which of 250 were growing into grown clam worms and spawning 1000000 eggs totally. |
