藤茶黄酮的提取工艺研究

摘    要:对从藤茶中提取藤茶黄酮的工艺进行了研究。结果发现:以90%乙醇水溶液为溶剂,藤茶原料和乙醇水溶液的料液比(W/V)为1∶4,回流条件下提取2次,每次提取时间为1 h时,藤茶黄酮的提取率达到最佳。提取液浓缩后的粗产物在水中进行两次结晶,即可使藤茶黄酮产品中的有效成分二氢杨梅素的含量达到85%以上。此研究得到的藤茶黄酮提取、纯化工艺简单、提取率高,适合工业化生产。

Abstract:Extraction process of flavonoids from Ampelopsis grossedentata was described in the article.The results showed that the optimum yield of dihydromyricetin,namely the effective component of flavonoids from Ampelopsis grossedentata was obtained under the following conditions:the content of ethanol solution for extraction being 90%,the ratio(W/V) of Ampelopsis grossedentata to ethanol solution during extraction being 1∶4,and extraction twice under reflux for one hour each time.After the crude product was purified through crystallization in water for two times,the content of dihydromyricetin was over 85%.This process was simple and suitable for industrial production.
