| 摘 要： | 欧美国家的农业组织在其农业发展中起到了积极的作用,有效地保护了欧美国家农业和农业生产者的利益.通过借鉴欧美国家的干预价格制度,变挂钩的直接补贴改革为脱钩的直接补贴,可以稳定农业生产、稳定供应和给农民提供必要的保障;有利于比较优势的发挥和资源的合理利用,促进我国农业的快速、健康发展.

| Abstract: | The agricultural organizations in Euro-and America played the positive roles in the agricultural development.They Effectively protected the European Union and American agriculture and the agricultural producer's benefits.Through drawing on the experiences from their systems of intervention price and changing the direct subsidy by linking up into the direct subsidy without linking up,it will stabilize the agricultural production and supply as well as provide the essential safeguard to farmers.It is also useful to display the comparative superiority and reasonably utilize the resources.In a word,it can promotes the agricultural development of our country more faster and healthier. |
