| Abstract: | This paper summarized the postharvest storage characteristic and quality deterioration symptoms and research progress in storage and transportation of peach fruit after harvest, such as softening, chilling injury, flesh browning, flesh woolly, flavor losing and decay. The research status of preventing and controlling technology from low temperature, controlled atmosphere, ice temperature, hypobaric, change temperature storage and foreign substances treatments were introduced, and the directions of further study was suggested. |
