嫁接栽培对黄瓜贮藏期品质的影响

摘    要:以"津优35号"为接穗,"亮砧"为砧木,进行黄瓜嫁接栽培,以自根栽培黄瓜为对照,研究嫁接栽培对黄瓜贮藏期品质的影响。结果表明,在(13±1)℃的贮藏条件下,相比自根栽培的黄瓜,嫁接栽培的黄瓜采后失重率和果肉硬度下降速率更快,可溶性糖含量较低,总酸含量较高,而二者可溶性蛋白的含量差异不显著。其原因可能是以亮砧作砧木的嫁接黄瓜表皮光亮、蜡粉消失,使果实更易失水、变软。所以,应对嫁接栽培的黄瓜采后进行适宜的涂膜处理,以达到保持果实品质、延长贮藏保鲜期的目的。

Abstract:With 'Jinyou No. 35' as the scion and 'liangzhan' as the rootstock, cucumber were grafted cultivation, taking own-root cucumber as the control, the effects of grafting cultivation on quality of cucumber during storage were studied. The results showed that, in storage condition of (13±1) ℃, compared with the own-root cucumber, the weight loss rate of grafted cucumber was higher, the decline rate of fruit hardness was faster, the content of soluble sugar was lower, the content of total acid increased and higher than own-root cucumber, but the difference of content of soluble protein was not remarked. The reason might was that the grafted cucumber which taking 'liangzhan' as the rootstock had bright surface and its wax powder lost, and cucumber was easy to dehydrate and soft. So, grafted cucumber should be have suitable coating treatment after harvest to keep the fruit quality and prolong the storage period.
