| 摘 要： | 随着我国农业的发展和加入世界贸易组织,从国外引进植物种苗的数量、批次、品种等方面都大幅增加,检疫性、危险性病虫草害随植物贸易传入的机会增加,植物病虫草害的检疫管理工作面临艰巨的任务.本文根据新形势下国外引种特点、趋势,提出了引进种苗前加强PRA,引进后抓好隔离种植疫情监测等的植物检疫管理对策,以切实保护国内农业生产的安全.
