奶牛子宫内膜炎研究进展

奶牛子宫内膜炎是奶牛产后主要由于细菌感染而引起的常见产科疾病，给奶牛养殖业造成很大的经济损失。细菌感染是引起该病的主要原因。该病的分类比较复杂并缺乏准确性，为了确立一个统一明确的分类标准，国外学者对奶牛子宫内膜炎给出了一个清晰的定义，成为最新的国际通用分类标准。最新的细胞学诊断方法也得以建立，该方法是在没有明显的临床征状的情况下，通过子宫内膜细胞学检查，对子宫内膜炎进行早期诊断，已经得到国际上业内专家的认可并作为行业标准。抗菌药、中药、防腐消毒药、激素和中西药结合都可以用于治疗奶牛子宫内膜炎，目前最有前景的治疗药物是生物制剂。文章根据国内外最新的研究成果，对奶牛子宫内膜炎的病因、分类方法、诊断、治疗与预防等进行了阐述。

Progress on Endometritis in Dairy Cow

Cow endometritis is a common obstetrical puerperal disease caused by bacterial infections,which causes large economic losses.Bacterial contamination of the uterine lumen after parturition is a key cause of endometritis in cow.The classification of the disease is complicated and frequently lacks precision.In order to establish clear clinical classification standardization of the disease,foreign researcheres provided clear clinical definitions for the disease,which become received in the world.The method of endometrial cytology was developed to diagnose subclinical endometritis in clinically normal postpartum dairy cows.The method which could provide precise diagnosis in earlier period have served as standardization to be received.Antibiotics,traditional Chinese drug,disinfectant and hormone are all applied to treat cow endometritis.Currently,biological agent has a good perspective.Based on some recent studies,in this review,the research progress on agents,diagnosis methods,classification,therapy and prevention measures of cow endometritis were described.
