| 摘 要： | 为了揭示新疆南疆地区奶牛乳腺炎性金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜形成情况,采用微孔板半定量法和PCR技术检测分离自新疆南疆地区奶牛乳腺炎乳样中金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜的形成能力和生物膜形成相关基因。结果表明:27%的实验菌株可形成不同强度的生物膜,且生物膜形成相关基因分布较为复杂,给本地区奶牛乳腺炎的防制带来很大困难。
