鸿雁致病性大肠杆菌的分离和鉴定

摘    要:[目的]为有效预防和控制鸿雁大肠杆菌病提供依据。[方法]从疑似患大肠杆菌病的鸿雁体内分离鉴定出一株致病性大肠杆菌,并对分离菌株进行培养特性、致病力及对抗生素敏感性等进行研究。[结果]从细菌的分离培养、系统的生化鉴定、细菌计数到动物回归试验,最终确定致鸿雁死亡的病原为大肠杆菌,同时通过动物回归试验进一步证实了大肠杆菌对鸿雁的致病性,LD50为4.11×107cfu/ml。此次分离的大肠杆菌对环丙沙星、多粘菌素B、卡那霉素高度敏感;对阿米卡星、头孢他啶中度敏感;对头孢吡肟等具有一定的耐药性。[结论]首次报道的关于大肠杆菌对鸿雁的致病性和毒力试验的研究,对于鸿雁特禽养殖有一定指导意义。

Abstract:[Objective] The aim was to provide the basis for prevention and control Escherichia coli from Linnaeus effectively.[Method] A pathogenic E.coli strain was separated and identified from Linnaeus suspected colibacillosis and its cultural characteristic,pathogenicity and the sensitivity to antibiotic were studied.[Result] The pathogeny causing the Linnaeus died was finally confirmed as E.coli through the experiments of isolation and culture of the bacteria,biochemical identification of the system,bacteria count and animal regression experiment,the pathogenicity of E.coli to Linnaeus was further confirmed by the animal regression experiment and the LD50 was 4.11×107 cfu/ml.The separated E.coli was highly sensitive to ciprofloxacin,polymyxin B and kanamycin,moderate sensitive to amikacin and ceftazidime,and had certain resistance to some antibiotics such as cefepime.[Conclusion] The study firstly reported about the pathogenicity and virulence experiment of E.coli to Linnaeus had certain directive meaning in the Linnaeus breeding.
