| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨8种中草药提取物对5种病原菌的抑菌活性。方法]用95％乙醇提取8种中草药，用生长速率法测定中草药提取物对白菜软腐病菌、水稻恶苗病菌、玉米大斑病菌、玉米小斑病菌、水稻纹枯病菌5种植物病原菌的抑菌活性，研究pH值对丁香提取液抑菌作用的影响，确定丁香提取液的最小抑菌浓度（MIC）。结果]除细辛对白菜软腐病菌，黄芪对玉米小斑病菌，黄芪、仙鹤草对水稻纹枯病菌外，8种中草药提取物对供试病菌生长具明显的抑菌作用，其中丁香提取物对5种植物病原菌的抑菌作用最强，均为100％。丁香提取物对5种植物病原菌的最低抑菌浓度（MIC）各有不同，适宜pH值的范围较广。结论]该试验结果为开发中草药作为植物源农药防治植物病害打下基础。
