Study on Increasing Timely Information Output between CFI Intervals by Using Remote Sensing Technology

This paper gives a method of adding one or more surveys between 5 years' CFI intervals through using remote sensing technology The key technology is that interpretative remote sensing sample plots are established on the basis of the CFI field inventory, in order to obtain reliable and timely information The simple, low-cost and practicable method this paper proposed is able to meet the different forest resources information needs of different levels of governments and forestry departments
