| 摘 要： | 采用酒石酸铁比色法和三氯化铝比色法测定了不同时期、不同品种桑叶中多酚和黄酮类物质的含量，并依这两个指标对桑叶品质进行了研究。结果表明：同期的新一之濑中含有较多的多酚和黄酮类物质；同一品种，嫩叶中的多酚和黄酮类物质的含量较高。

| Abstract: | The content of polyphenal and anthoxanthin materials were tested by means of tartaric acid and Alcl3 colorimetry.The result showed that the contain of polyphenal and anthoxanthin were higher in tender mulberry leaves,and higher in Ichinose mulbery leaves than others that be sested. |
