秋水仙碱诱导四倍体大麦的研究

摘    要:以30个大麦品种为材料,利用秋水仙碱进行四倍体大麦的诱导。结果表明,以秋水仙碱浓度0.1%处理16h效果最好,共获得6个大麦品种的加倍植株,其中以秃头和尚露仁大麦和宽颖裸麦的诱导率较高,分别获得7株和6株四倍体类型;观察到获得的四倍体大麦材料均表现出晚熟,籽粒增大,并表现为不同程度的部分不育。

Abstract:The experiment was conducted using thirty barley varieties.Tetraploid barley was induced by colchicines.The results indicated that six tetraploid barley varieties were obtained.The higher induction rate variety was Tutouheshangluorendamai and Kuanyingluomai with optimum treatment combination of 0.1 %/16h.Seven and six tetraploid were obtained.The tetraploid barley was late-maturity,and seed was larger than those of the diploid plant and partial sterility.
