投入产出模型计量灾害损失可行性判定

对灾害直接经济损失和间接经济损失的计量投入与产出模型应用很普遍,大多计算方法忽视了灾害对经济系统稳定性的破坏。笔者主张加入判定条件,判断经济系统遭到破坏后是否仍然可以使用投入产出模型计量经济损失,目的在于使投入产出模型用于计量灾害损失时更加严密。

Determination of the Feasibility of Input-output Model Measurements for Disaster Loss

Measurement input-output model of disaster direct and indirect economic loss were widespread.Most of the methods ignored the calculation of disaster damage on the stability of economic system.Determinant conditions should be added to judge whether the input-output model could be used in calculating economic loss after the damage of economic system,which made the input-output model more accurate in calculating disaster loss.
