昭通不同品种烟梗致香成分含量比较

摘    要:采用同时蒸馏萃取装置和气相色谱/质谱联用仪(GC/MS),测定和分析了昭通烤烟3个主栽品种(C3F)烟梗中的8类共77种致香成分含量,结果表明:(1)3个品种(C3F)烟梗在致香成分总量上无显著差异,但在检出的8类致香成分中,除醇类和酯类外,有6类存在显著或极显著差异,占检出类别的75%。(2)在酮类和酚类成分上,云87极显著高于红大和K326,红大与K326无显著差异;在醛类成分上,红大显著低于云87和K326,云87与K326无显著差异;在酸类成分上,红大显著高于云87,而K326与红大、云87均无显著差异;在杂环类成分上,红大显著高于K326,而云87与红大、K326均无显著差异;在烯烃类成分上,K326显著高于红大,而云87与K326、红大均无显著差异。

Abstract:Using the simultaneous distillation extraction device and GC/MS,8 types and 77 kinds of aroma component contents in the stem of 3 main tobacco cultivars(C3F) in Zhaotong were quantitatively determined and analyzed.The results showed that:(1)The total aroma component contents in the tobacco stem of 3 cultivars had no significant difference.However,except for alcohols and esters in the detected 8 types of aroma components,other 6 types of aroma component contents in 3 cultivars were significantly or very significantly different,accounting for 75% of the total detected types.(2)The contents of ketones and phenolic in Yun 87 were significantly higher than that of Hongda and K326,while Hongda and K326 had no significant difference between each other.Aldehyde content of Hongda was significantly lower than that of Yun 87 and K326,while Yun 87 and K326 had no significant difference.Acids of Hongda were significantly higher than that of Yun 87,there were no significant differences between K326 and the others.Heterocyclic content of Hongda was significantly higher than that of K326,there were no significant differences between Yun 87 and the others.Olefin hydrocarbon of K326 was significantly higher than that of Hongda,there were no significant differences between Yun 87 and the others.
