摘    要:建立了加速溶剂萃取结合超高效液相色谱串联质谱测定大米中三环唑残留的分析方法。大米中的三环唑经加速溶剂萃取仪萃取,中性氧化铝柱净化,采用超高效液相色谱串联质谱仪定量分析。结果表明,三环唑在2.0~100.0 ng/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系。本方法检出限为0.10μg/kg,回收率为78.2%~85.1%,相对标准偏差为5.6%~7.6%。此方法操作简便、快速、灵敏、精确,适于大米中三环唑残留量的分析测定。

Abstract:A sensitive and rapid method based on ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS) with accelerated solvent extraction(ASE) was established for the quantitative determination of Tricyclozole residue in rice.The samples were extracted with accelerated solvent extractor and purified by neutral aluminum oxide solid-phase extraction(SPE) cartridge.Results showed that UPLC-MS/MS was employed for quantitative determination.Good linearity was obtained in the range of 2.00~100.0 ng/mL.The limit of detection was 0.10 μg/kg.The recoveries were 78.2%~85.1% and the relative standard deviations were 5.6%~7.6%.The method was easy,fast,sensitive,and accurate.It could be used for the confirmation and quantification of Tricyclozole residue in rice.
