啶酰菌胺对油菜菌核病的作用方式及其田间防效

在室内和田间应用离体和活体方法,研究了啶酰菌胺对油菜菌核病的保护和治疗效果,以及在油菜植株上的传导性和持效期,结果表明:啶酰菌胺在6.25～400.00 mg/L浓度范围内,对油菜菌核病的保护效果为81.66%～100.00%,治疗效果为19.82%～78.88%;由于啶酰菌胺在油菜植株上的传导性较差,对施药叶片的上位和下位叶的保护效果均较低,施药后啶酰菌胺持效期为20 d左右。田间试验表明:啶酰胺施药量为150～350 g/hm2时对油菜菌核病的防治效果在68.89%～86.84%之间,显著优于多菌灵(750 g/hm2)对油菜菌核病的防治效果。

Action Mode and Control Effect of Boscalid on Rape Sclerotinia Stem Rot

The action mode and control effect of novel fungicide Boscalid on rape sclerotinia stem rot(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum Lib.de Bary) were studied in the laboratory and field.The results revealed that the protective effect of Boscalid at the dosage of 6.25~400.00 mg/L on rape was 81.66%~100.00%,and its curative effect was 19.82%~78.88%.Because Boscalid failed to well transfer basipetally from leaf to leaf,it had low protective effect on the leaves below or over the sprayed leaves.The effective duration of Boscalid after application was about 20 d.The field experiment showed that the control effect of Boscalid at 150~350 g/hm2 on rape sclerotinia stem rot reached 68.89%~86.84%,which was significantly better than that of 50% Carbendazim wettable power at 750 g/hm2.
