| 摘 要： | 我国人13正在趋于老龄化．如何保障老年人特别是农村老人的生活，越来越受到关注。建立农村社会养老保险制度是农村社会保障的核心和关键。农村社会养老保险已经实施了近20年，实施的效果却不尽人意。为此。论述了我国农村养老保险的现状；分析了我国农村养老保险的参保人数、基金及其使用状况；指出了我国农村养老保险存在的主要问题及策略。

| Abstract: | In this article, actualities of rural endowment insurance in China are mainly analyzed. First of all, the development of the rural endowment insurance, from experimental unit to the whole country is reviewed. Then the number of insurer, fund and its using are analyzed. At last, the existent problems and corresponding strategies are presented. |
