摘 要: | 设定汛限水位是为了缓解防洪与兴利之间的矛盾使水电站在安全的前提下经济运行.该文以黄柏河梯级水库群为例,针对其设计汛限水位在实际控制运用中暴露出的问题,对汛限水位进行复核,为梯级水库群的科学防洪与兴利提供理论依据.计算结果表明,黄柏河梯级水库的设计汛限水位偏高,可适当增加兴利库容提高水库的经济运行效益.

Abstract: | Flood control level is set in order to coordinate the conflict between reservoir flood control and benefit and make the hydropower station economic operating under the premise of security.According to the series of problems exposed in the design flood control level of Huangbaihe River Cascade Reservoirs in practical control application,this paper reviewed the flood control level and provided a theoretical basis for scientific flood control and benefit of reservoirs.The calculation results show that the design flood control level of Huangbaihe River cascade reservoirs is a little higher.It' s appropriate to increase the storage capacity of reservoir for improving the economic benefit. |
