| Abstract: | On the basis of reviewing the history of international financial innovation development and deeply analyzing shadow banking tunctional effect,the unique regulation law under the specific financial system and environment in China was explored,which not only can provide guarantee for sustainable innovation of finance in China,but also can provide a good mirror to financial regulation and macroeconomic regulation in fresh market environment. |
