农业中职学生“管理难”问题探讨

分析了当前农业中职教育教学过程中困扰教育者的学生“管理难”问题.认为其根本原因在于许多人对现代学生的认识错位,依然抱守把学生当成“管理”对象的传统观念对待学生.指出解决这一难题的关键是要客观剖析现状,正确认识学生特征,明确其社会定位,摒弃“管理”思维,对学生实行“引导管理”.

Discussion on Problem of Agricultural Vocational School Students Difficult to Manage

In the teaching of agricultural vocational education,one of the biggest problem plaguing educators is the difficult to manage students.It was thought that the malposition of understanding to the students,and regarding the students as manages objects are the fundamental factors.The key to solve this problem was analyzing situation objectively,understanding the characteristics of the students correctly,clearing their social position,abandoning thinking of management and giving correct guidance to students.
