| 摘 要： | 为了研究温度对葛氏鲈塘鳢摄食和生长的影响,测定4、8、12、16、20、24和28℃条件下葛氏鲈塘鳢的摄食率和特定生长率。结表明,在温度范围内葛氏鲈塘鳢的摄食率和特定生长率的变化范围分别是2.36%～19.72%和-0.962%/d～3.009%/d。温度对葛氏鲈塘鳢的摄食率和特定生长率均有显著影响（P〈0.05）。在4～24℃条件下,葛氏鲈塘鳢的摄食率和特定生长率均随温度的升高而增加,24℃条件下达到最大值,温度继续上升至28℃时摄食率和特定生长率均呈下降趋势。这说明葛氏鲈塘鳢的适宜生长温度为20～24℃。

| Abstract: | Ingestion rate and specific growth rate of Perccottus glenii at 4,8,12,16,20,24 and 28℃ were measured to study the effect of temperature on ingestion and growth of Perccottus glenii. Results indicated that ingestion rate of Perccottus glenii ranges from 2. 36% to 19. 72%,and specific growth rate ranges from-0. 962 to 3. 009 % ·d at experimental temperature,respectively. Temperature affected significantly ingestion rate and specific growth rate of Perccottus glenii（ P〈0. 05）. Ingestion rate and specific growth rate of Perccottus glenii increased with temperature increase,and reached the peak at 24 ℃,followed by a decrease when temperature increased to 28 ℃. The results suggested that 20-24 ℃ was the range of optimal temperature for growth of Perccottus glenii. |
