摘 要: | 通过全国范围开展的地质灾害调查工作,获得的海量地质灾害数据(属性数据、文档资料、成果图件、多媒体文件等)具有显著的“5多”特征,即多来源、多类别、多方法、多时段和多主题.为高效利用宝贵的第一手资料,充分挖掘数据的潜在信息价值,加强和提升地质灾害防治水平,需要一套兼容性强、可扩展性好的信息管理系统.基于此,研发完成具有成果浏览、灾点查询、资源检索、数据统计和综合评价等功能的全国地质灾害信息管理系统,为国土部门地质灾害防治提供了高效的决策、管理平台.

Abstract: | The huge geo-hazards data,which were got through geo-hazards survey in China,contain attribute data,documents,maps and multimedia files,and these data are characterized by the remarkable features those are multi-source,multi-sort,multi-measure,multi-time periods and multi-subject.So a strong compatibility and good expansibility information management system is needed urgendy to make good use of the data and enhance the capacity of geo-hazards prevention.The geo-hazards information management system for China has five function modules of achievements browse,geo-hazard points information query,information search,data statistic and integration assessment,and provides a decision-making and manage platformof geo-hazard prevention for the government. |
