豫西地区苹果叶片微量元素含量及其与果实硬度的相关性

摘    要:分析了豫西地区苹果叶片微量元素含量及其与果实硬度的关系,结果表明,铁的含量最高,其次为锰,再次为锌,含量最低的为铜,果实硬度在9.32-13.53kg/cm^2之间;对叶片中微量元素含量与其果实硬度进行相关性分析发现,Fe含量与果实硬度呈极显著负相关,Mn含量与果实硬度呈显著负相关。

Abstract:The contents of the microelements in leaves of apple and firmness of fruit in West He''nan area were determined. The results showed that the contents of Fe in leaves of apple was the highest, reaching 100 mg/kg,the second were Mn and Zn,reaching 33.77 mg/kg and 28.77 mg/kg,respectively. The lowest was Cu,reaching 5.93 mg/kg.The firmness of fruit ranged from 9.32 kg/cm2 to 13.53 kg/cm2.The result of correlation analysis indicated that the relationships between the contents of Fe in leaves of apple and their firmness of fruit was very significant(P=0.O1),the contents of Mn in leaves of apple had a significant(P=0.05) correlation with the firmness of fruit.
