离体培养技术在甜菜远缘杂交育种中的应用

摘    要:本文报导了离体培养技术在甜菜远缘杂交育种中的应用,探讨了影响离体再生植株诱导率的主要因素,包括外植体、培养基和杂交方式等。试验结果表明:外植体再生植株诱导率以远缘杂交胚(95.8%)为最高,其次是生长点(60.5%)、腋芽(57.6%)、未授粉胚珠(4.7%);4种培养基的再生植株诱导频率在60%~98%之间,其中珠3诱导率最高;杂交方式以正交(野生种×栽培种)远缘杂交胚的再生植株诱导率为最高,达96%。不同来源试管苗的移栽成活率为58.8%~86.4%,不同来源再生植株性状存在明显差异。离体培养技术是快速提供甜菜育种素材的有效方法之一。

Abstract:In this paper,the techniques of in vitro culture used in sugarbeet breeding of distant cross were reported.And approaching the main effects of the inducing frequency were influenced for plant regeneration, they are the explant,media and cross pattern. The results of the tests have shown that the inducing frequency of explant regeneration is in the peak(95.8%) for the distant cross planticle and others followed growing point(60.5%),axillary bud (57.6%),unpollinated ovule (4.7%);Four kinds of media for plant regeneration at 60?%.The inducing frequency of ovule is in the peak. Cross pattern: wild species cultivated species, the inducing frequency of plant regeneration is the cross planticle which is in the peak,that is 96%,transplanting success from different tube culture 58.8?.4%,and there were significant difference in the characters of plant regeneration,the techniques of in vitro is one of the best methods for sugarbeet rapid breeding.
