几种沼气池密封涂料产品性能的测试研究

对用于沼气池密封的水泥掺合型涂料和直接使用密封涂料进行了各种性能指标(包括外观、亲和性、贮存稳定性、耐热度、耐碱性、耐酸性、固体含量、干燥时间、抗渗性和空气渗透率等项目)的测试.试验结果表明:两种类型涂料的外观、亲和性、固体含量、贮存稳定性、耐热度、耐酸耐碱性和干燥时间较好.密封性能差别较大,抗水渗性在3%以下占43%;空气渗透率在3%以下仅占29%,反映了涂料密封性能有待提高.

Test on Quality of Digestor Sealing Dopes

The tests on quality indexes of sealing dopes, including appearance, affinity, reserving stability, heat-resistant,alkalinity-resistant, acidity-resistant, TS%, drying period,watertightness,airtightness,were conducted. The tested dopes including ones that need mixed with cement or not. The result showed that the former eight indexes are all right. However, there are much difference in the watertightness,airtightness among the tested samples. The samples with airtightness below 3% accounted for 43%, and those with watertightness below 3% is only 29% of total samples, which showed the quality in dope seality need to be improved.
