黄甜竹林生长量和鲜笋营养成分的研究

摘    要:黄甜竹笋鲜甜可口、营养丰富,每100克鲜笋含蛋白质3.12克、磷113毫克和钙38.4毫克,分别为雷竹的1.23、1.80和6.62倍.笋期早(3月中旬),生长繁殖快.人工笋用林4~5年投产,在一定的初植密度内,密度越大,成林时间越早;且笋用林保持水土与涵养水源能力明显,可大力推广造林,具有较高的经济、社会与生态效益

Abstract:Bamboo Shoots of Acidosasa edulis sprout earlier with more nutritive ingredient, of which proteins is about 3 12g, P about 113mg, Ca about 38 4mg per 100g fresh weight, is respectively 1 23 times,1 80 times, and 6 62 times of Phyllostachys praecox cv prevernalis Artificial forest for Bamboo Shoots of Acidosasa edulis spreads so widely that it could be put into service in four to five years, and to some degree, the larger its initial stand density of plantation is, the earllier it provides profit Moreover , its benefits of conservation of soil and water, and it's capacity of conservation of water supply are so marked that it has higher economical, Social and ecological effectiveness Forest for Bamboo Shoots of Acidosasa edulis should be extended in larger area therefore
