叉状炭角菌生物学特性研究

摘    要:叉状炭角菌(Xylaria pedunculata)是伴随鸡腿菇栽培而出现的一种新致病菌。首次对该菌的生物学特性进行了研究。结果表明,叉状炭角菌菌丝生长的最适碳源是玉米粉,最适氮源是黄豆粉,最适温度25℃,最适pH为7。

Abstract:Coprinus comatus mushroom is one of edible fungi and has been cultivated widely in China in recent years.Xylaria pedunculata is a new pathogen during the growth of Coprinus comatus.The biological characteristics of Xylaria pedunculata and the relationship between Xylaria pedunculata and Coprinus comatus were studied for the first time.The results indicated that the optimum C-source and N-source were corn powder and soybean powder,and the conditions were 25℃ and pH7.0 for hypha cultivation.
