| 摘 要： | 文章客观地对我国在数字图书馆建设中遇到的诸多问题作了一个综合的评述，指出数字图书馆建设问题的根源在于我国数字图书馆基础的薄弱性，倡议社会各界从技术上、政策体制上联合起来，群策群力，共同致力于推动我国数字图书馆事业的良性发展。
