摘    要:研究了兰考矮早8和豫教2号2个超高产大粒型小麦品种间籽粒千粒重差异的机理。结果表明,兰考矮早8的千粒重为44.60 g,豫教2号的千粒重为51.47 g,豫教2号比兰考矮早8高4.87g,增加10.45%。两品种籽粒内蛋白质的含量相近,千粒重的差异主要是淀粉积累量的不同。在灌浆中后期,豫教2号籽粒内直链与支链淀粉的积累量明显高于兰考矮早8,是其千粒重较高的主要原因。

Abstract:The mechanism of difference in Kernel weights between two super-high-yield wheat cultivars,Lankao Aizao 8 and Yujiao 2,was studied.The 1000-kenel weights of Lankao Aizao 8 and Yujiao 2 were 44.60 g and 51.47 g,with the fomer being 10.45% higher than the latter.The protein contents in grains of two varieties were similar.The difference of 1000-kenel weights was mainly attributed to the difference of starch accumulation.During the middle-late filling stage,the accumulations of amylose and amylopectin in grains of Yujiao 2 cultivar plants were obviously higher than those in Lankao Aizao 8,which was the main cause of high 1000-kenel weight in Yujiao 2.
