水稻矮杆基因效应的遗传分析

摘    要:采用似然函数法对水稻矮生性的主基因和微基因的效应进行分析。结果表明:不同亲本所携带的矮杆主基因的效应不同,南京11号的矮杆基因效应为40 ̄57cM,一枝腊为52 ̄56cM,A65为33 ̄38cM。微基因修饰作用的标准差在籼、粳组合中分别为13.40cM和8.62cM。主基因和微基因间存在互作,但互作效应和微基因效应均远小于主基因效应。

Abstract:The likelihood method was applied to the genetic analysis of the effects of major dwarf genes and the variation due to polygenes. The results indicated that different dwarf genes usually had different effects. The dwarf gene carried by Nanjing 11 had the effect of about 40 to 57 cM, and the one carried by Yizhila about 52 to 56 cM, the one carried by A65 about 33 to 38 cM. The polygenic modifications in crosses of indica and japonica rice was about 13.40 cM and 8.62 cM respectively. Significant interactions between major genes and polygenes was detected, but both the interactions and the polygenic effects were much smaller than the effects of major dwarf genes. ;
