| 摘 要： | 简述了高新技术的巨大作用 ,认为新形势下农业科研院所应大力推进农业高新技术产业化 ,充分发挥现代农业科技这一“第一生产力”的巨大作用与潜力。简要分析了当前农业高新技术产业化的现状和存在的问题 ,着重探讨我国当前如何尽快建立健全有利于农业高新技术产业化发展的宏观保障机制、资金筹集机制、人力资本运行机制以及中介转化机制 ,从制度上确保农业高新技术产业的可持续发展。 |

| Abstract: | The importance of high-technology in the new situation is briefly described in this paper. Then it is suggested that agricultural academies and institutes should make efforts to promote industrialization of agricultural technology and fully exert the great function and potential of modern agricultural science and technology, the "first productivity". In the end, a preliminary analysis is made on the current situation, the existing problems and the mechanisms of industrialization of agricultural high-technology. |
