| 摘 要： | 配制了四组复方中草药添加剂,并对大口鲇进行90日的控制性饲养试验,结果表明:四组添加剂对大口鲇均具有抗病促生长效果,同时对改善鱼体商品性状(体色、体型、腹腔脂肪含量等)有明显的作用。其中C组最佳,饵料系数仅为1.10,比对照组的1.36低17.6%,即增肉1千克可节省饲料蛋白达75.2 g。

| Abstract: | Four groups of compound Chinese herbal medicine additives were used to raise Silurus meridionalis for ninety days.The result showed that the additives had the effect of counteracting disease,promoting growth and improving the trait such as the color of body,somatotype and the lipid in belly cavity.The group of C is the best group,and the diet coefficient is only 1.10,which was 17.6 % lower than that of the contrast group,indicating 75.2 g of dietary protein could be saved to increase 1 kg fish. |
