摘    要:近年来,随着社会和经济的发展,毁林开荒的现象比较普遍,林地面积锐减,植被大面积破坏,从而造成我国的水土流失现象日益严重,因此,对全国水土流失进行适时动态监测已势在必行。3S技术是集遥感、全球定位系统与地理信息系统于一体的高新技术手段,它可以快速、准确地获得地面各种信息。分别介绍了RS、GPS和GIS三种技术在水土保持动态监测中的应用,并对3S技术在水土保持动态监测方面的应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract:In recent years,with the development of the society and economy, the phenomenon that destroying the wood and opening up wasteland is more and more widespread, the woodland area sharply downing, the big area of vegetation destroyed, thus resulting in serious soil erosion phenomenon in our country,therefore,carrying on timely dynamic monitoring to the national soil erosion is imperative under the situation. The 3S is a high-technique of gathering remote sensing,global position system and geography information systems,lt can acquire quickly and accurately various of the information of the ground. The authors describe three kinds of techniques of RS, GPS and GIS respectively in the water and soil conservation dynamic monitor of application,and prospect the applied foreground of the 3S technique in dynamic monitoring conservation of the water and soil.
