摘 要: | 以原产地红毛鸭为素材,以板鸭加工原料为选择目标,采用小群闭锁群体继代选育方法,经5个世代的选育,增重速度得到显著提高,体型外貌基本一致,遗传性能基本稳定。育成的吉安红毛鸭120日龄体重为1827.21g,公鸭的体斜长∶胸宽∶胸深为20∶9.4∶8.4,母鸭为21∶10.3∶9.0;加工成板鸭毛脚干净、造型美观。

Abstract: | Taking several indigenous red-feather duck strains as breeding materials, Ji,an red-feather duck was bred through successive closed screening within small masses for five generations. Ji,an red-feather duck is perfect material for processing of dried salted duck, it possesses basically consistent body size and appearance and stable heredity, its 120-day-old body weight reaches 1 827.21g, the body length∶breast width∶breast depth of bred male duck is 20∶9.4∶8.4, that of bred female duck is 21∶10.3∶9.0. The dried salted duck which is made of Ji,an red-feather duck is clean and beautiful in appearance. |
