| Abstract: | The history of anthophagy was summarized and market prospect,development direction,development advantages and challenges of China's edible and medicinal flowers were analyzed in this essay.The main health protection and medicine function was illustrated.It was pointed out that China's edible and medicinal flowers and flower foodstuff will be one of the most great-hearted industry. |
