| Abstract: | Fatty liver is a common nutritional and metabolic disease in dairy cows during perinatal period, especially in high-yielding dairy cows, which is often accompanied by dystocia and induces a variety of inflammatory reactions. In addition, it will also lead to the reduction of milk yield and average life span of dairy cows, which will seriously damage the production performance of dairy cows and bring huge losses to dairy farming. Therefore,exploring the development process of fatty liver of dairy cows in perinatal period is of great significance for effectively improving the economic value of high-yield dairy cows and preventing and treating fatty liver of dairy cows. |
