摘    要:植物根际促生菌(PGPR)是一类可有效减轻盐渍环境对植物的损伤、促进植物对矿物质营养吸收、显著拮抗病原菌的有益菌类。合理施用PGPR在植物抗逆机理、土壤生态修复、育种策略改良等方面具有极其重要的应用潜力。本文总结了PGPR促进植物养分吸收,调节植物激素稳态和减轻植物盐胁迫损伤等方面的研究进展,为进一步分析PGPR在未来育种改良研究中的应用前景提供理论依据。

Abstract:Plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) is a type of beneficial bacteria that can effectively alleviate the damage of salinity to plant, promote the absorption of mineral nutrients by plants and have a significantly antagonistic effect on pathogenic bacteria. Rational application of PGPR has extremely important application potential in stress resistance mechanism of plant, soil ecological remediation and breeding strategy improvement. In this review, we summarize the research progress of PGPR in promoting plant nutrient absorption, regulating plant hormone homeostasis and alleviating the damage of salinity to plant, and provide a theoretical basis for analyzing the application prospect of PGPR in future breeding improvement research.
