摘    要:在工程认证持续改进背景下,针对“食品添加剂”课时缩减、知识点众多的现实困境,从优化教学内容、创新教学模式和改进教学方法3个方面提出“食品添加剂”课程教学改革的建议,以期在持续改进过程中对课程教学改革提供一些有益的参考。

Abstract:Under the background of continuous improvement of engineering certification,the teaching time of Food Additives were reduced.However,the knowledge points were numerous.Therefore,suggestions were put forward from three aspects on educational reform of Food Additive course included optimizing teaching content,innovating teaching mode and improving teaching method,which provided some useful advises for educational reform of courses in the process of continuous improvement..
