摘    要:为研究奶牛乳房炎源金黄色葡萄球菌中溶原性噬菌体的存在情况及其裂解能力,对采集的45份临床型乳房炎乳样进行金黄色葡萄球菌分离及PCR鉴定,通过丝裂霉素C对分离出的金黄色葡萄球菌进行诱导溶原性噬菌体,对诱导出的噬菌体进行纯化并测定其裂解能力.结果表明分离到了16株金黄色葡萄球菌,分离率为35.56%(16/45);诱导出了...

Abstract:To study the existence of lysogenic phages in S. aureus from dairy cow mastitis and their lytic ability.Isolation of S. aureus and PCR identification were performed on 45 samples of clinical mastitis milk. Mitomycin C was used to induce lysogenic phage of S. aureus, and the lysis of the induced phage was determined. Capacity and purification.The results showed that 16 strains of S. aureus were isolated, and the isolation rate was 35.56%(16/45).Five strains of lysogenic phages were induced, with an induction rate of 31.25%(5/16). The plaque is a round plaque with a transparent center and blurred edges.These 5 bacteriophages only lyse S. aureus, with the highest lysis rate being 58.82%(10/17) and the lowest being 11.76%(2/17). This study can provide a reference for the research on the occurrence of mastitis in dairy cows, and it can also provide certain help for the prevention and control of S. aureus which is the source of mastitis.
