甘蓝型油菜三系及杂种酯酶同工酶的分析

摘    要:本文采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对甘蓝型油菜的不育系 M1001,恢复系 M1537及其杂种;不育系 M1039,恢复系 M1562及其杂种进行了酯酶同工酶分析。结果表明杂种与其亲本的酶谱有明显的不同。从而证实了杂种的真实性。另外我们还对不育系 M1039和其同型保持系;不育系 M1001和其同型保持系的酯酶同工酶进行了分析,发现它们的酶谱也有一定的差异。

Abstract:Using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis were analysed the zymogrampattern of esterase isozymes for cytoplasmic male sterile line M1039,rescover line M1537and their hybrid,as well as cytoplasmic male aterile line M1001,rescover line.M1562 andtheir hybrid of Brassica Napus L.The results showed that the zymogram pattern betweenthe hybrids and their parent displayed significent.This results proved the truthfulness ofhybrid.In addition was also analysed the zymogram pattern of esterase isozymes forcytoplasmic male steril line M1039 and its alloplasmie male fertilline,as well as male sterilline M1001 and its male fertil line.The results showed that their zymogram pattern was dif-ferent.
