摘    要:目的]为小桐子的大面积种植提供科学依据。方法]设计4.8%、14.9%、46.0%、100%4种透光率,研究遮阴处理对小桐子幼苗生长的影响。结果]随着遮阴强度的增加,小桐子幼苗的气孔密度、比叶重、叶绿素a/b值、单位叶面积鲜重、光补偿点、叶片最大净光合速率均下降,而叶片的呼吸速率、表观量子效率不同程度地增加。低光强下光-光合曲线的直线方程的相关系数为0.942 3~0.994 8,表明低光强下光与光合速率呈良好的线性关系。结论]遮阴处理下,小桐子植株的生理指标有了不同程度的变化,表现出植株对弱光的利用能力增强,对强光的利用能力减弱。

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to provide the scientific basis for planting Jatropha curcas in great area.Method]The influence of shading treatment on the growth of J.curcas seeding was studied by designing 4 kinds of light transmit rate(4.8%,14.9%,46.0% and 100%).Result] Along with the increment of shading intensity,the stoma density,specific leaf weight,chlorophyll a/b value,leaf fresh weight per unit,light compensation point,maximum net photosynthetic rate in leaf of J.curcas seedlings were dropped,but the leaf breath rate,apparent quantum yield in leaf were increased to different degree.The correlation coefficient of line equation for light-photosynthesis curve under low light intensity was 0.942 3-0.994 8,which indicated that the light and the photosynthesis rate showed the good linear relations under low light intensity.Conclusion] The physiological index of J.curcas plant had the change to different degree under shading treatment,which indicated that the plant had the stronger use ability to the weak light and had the weaken use ability to the strong light.
