再生复育光温敏核不育水稻蜀光601s的选育与利用

摘    要:利用光温敏核不育系8902s为基因供体,与明恢63/CPSL017F选株杂交,分离世代在四川低温长日下选败育株,在海南陵水高温短日下选可育株的循环双向选择,选育到具有一定光敏性,败育起点温度低的蜀光601s,其民交习性好,配合力较高,并具有再生稻恢复可育的特性,是两系法杂种优势利用的新材料,克服了籼型低温敏不育系的繁殖困难.

Abstract:Ecological breeding method was used to select low-thermo-photosensitive male sterile riee Shuguang601s from eombination of 8902s (PTSMR) /Ninghu163) /CPSL017 F5), i. e. planting segregated generation plants in low temperature and long date environment to select male sterile Flants (MSP); planting MSP ratoon tice in high temperature and short date condition to select fertile plants. Besides its well crossing ability and high combining ability,Shuguang601s specially possesses ratoon fertility restored, wlich is a new gene source for two-line hybrid rice and can overcome the reproduct ion problem of low -thermo-sensitive male sterile lines of indica rice.
